  Antimony glycolate

  Properties: Muli Brand Ethylene Glycol Antimony is primarily made from our high-purity antimony oxide as the main raw material, supplemented with premium-grade ethylene glycol. It undergoes refined automated processes including reaction, crystallization, filtration, and drying.

  Ethylene Glycol Antimony Molecular Formula: Sb₂(OCH₂CH₂O)₃, Molecular Weight: 423.66. The product appears as white or bluish-white crystalline granules, odorless, and prone to decomposition when exposed to moist air.

  Usage: Ethylene glycol antimony is the most innovative catalyst applied in polycondensation reactions for polyester. Compared to other catalysts such as antimony trioxide and antimony acetate, it offers the following advantages:

  1. It has high solubility and excellent dispersibility in ethylene glycol solutions.

  2. High antimony content and good activity can enhance the production capacity of the facility.

  3. The catalyst itself does not introduce new impurities, which can enhance the intrinsic quality of the sliver and improve its processability for subsequent spinning.

  Packaging: Vacuum moisture-proof packaging is performed using full aluminum PE bags, with each bag weighing 25kg or 12.5kg net. The bags are then covered with high-strength cartons and palletized at one ton per pallet.
