  To further strengthen the management of rare metal exports and standardize export business practices, in accordance with relevant provisions of the "Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Regulations on the Administration of Import and Export of Goods of the People's Republic of China," we hereby announce the "2011 Online Public List of State-Traded Export Enterprises for Tungsten, Antimony, and Silver," the "2011 Online Public List of Export Supply Enterprises for Tungsten and Antimony," and the "2011 Online Public List of Export Enterprises for Indium and Molybdenum."

 

  I. If you have any objections, please submit your written comments to the Foreign Trade Department of the Ministry of Commerce by 5:00 PM on December 17, 2010 (as determined by the receipt time of the fax).

 

  II. This public notice seeks feedback only from the companies listed; no new applications will be accepted.

 

  3. Enterprises on the list that fail to submit the required materials within the public announcement period will be reclassified as non-compliant; otherwise, they will remain on the list as ineligible.
