Relevant matters are notified as follows: I. The quantity of the first batch of non-ferrous metal export quotas allocated for 2012 represents <del>the annual total</del>.

Notification of the Enterprise List and Allocation of the First Batch of Export Quotas

According to the provisions of the "Regulations on the Administration of Import and Export of Goods" and the "Measures for the Administration of Export Quotas for Goods," the list of enterprises qualified to export (supply) non-ferrous metals such as tungsten and antimony in 2012 is hereby announced, along with the allocation of the first batch of export quotas. Relevant matters are notified as follows:
I. In 2012, the first batch of non-ferrous metal export quotas allocated accounted for 60% of the annual total.
II. The first batch of non-ferrous metal export quotas for 2012 was primarily calculated based on each company’s production volume, export quantity, and export value from 2009 through October 2011.
3. Please distribute the quotas to the relevant enterprises as soon as possible.
